Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Lifty app and website. By creating an account or using Lifty, you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Lifty.

Acceptable use

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, and not to abuse, harass, or impersonate others. You retain ownership of content you create, and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report content and block users in the app; we review reports and may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms, typically within 24 hours of a report.

Subscriptions (Lifty Pro)

Lifty Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase; it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Health disclaimer

Lifty is a fitness-tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. You use Lifty and perform exercises at your own risk.

Termination

You may stop using Lifty and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers & liability

Lifty is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
